A new take on the classic rocky road is going viral on TikTok, and is the perfect solution for those sudden sweet cravings. Called 'rocky road cups', the recipe is a cheat's version of the classic rocky road and allows dessert fans to whip up a quick single-serve sweet treat with minimal effort. The recipe involves cutting up the typical rocky road ingredients as you usually would –think mini marshmallows, chopped biscuits, raspberry lollies, chopped Maltesers. Some TikTok users even suggesting fresh strawberries to the mix to balance it out. Once all chopped up, combine all the sweets into a cup and then cover with melted chocolate and mix. The sweet treat could easily be made in the time it takes for your evening cup of tea to brew making it the perfect solution for a last minute sweet craving. The recipe can also be made to serve several people but is also perfect for a single serve treat. A TikTok user by the name of channellevicelic posted the recipe to her account. The video shows her quickly whipping up two 'rocky road cups' with fresh strawberries, Maltesers, marshmallows and mini red frogs topped with melted milk chocolate. She captioned the post: "Friday night plans sorted". Another user, Danielle Anstey, took to the social media platform with her own version of the rocky road cups. Plenty of TikTok users have taken to the platform to share their own versions of the sweet recipe.
